Margo Kemp

I am an independent certified coach, teacher, mentor and speaker with the John Maxwell team. I founded the beautiful women conference, beauty within, where women are experiencing breakthroughs on a monthly basis.

In a multitude of counsellors, there is safety. I myself have a coach that helps me look at myself and my situation. It is hard to make progress if you can’t accept guidance from others. I listen and receive feedback and advice from the John Maxwell Team, Paul Martinelli, Christian Simpson, Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi and Carolin Soldo.

I began my career as a successful 7th grade teacher. I then worked in different organizations both in US & Canada. I also worked For the UNITED NATIONS For 26 Years. I was president of the Christian cultural society club, from 2011 to 2014, and served in key leadership roles for over 22 years.

I have been coaching and mentoring people for many years.

I counseled people with various distressing situations and helped them hope again. I helped colleagues cope with pressure and make the right decisions in difficult situations. I was the closing speaker at the United Nations 9/11 memorial service at the united nations in 2002.

I am a good listener, a source of advice and encouragement for others. I take courage in my ability to patiently listen to participants concerns to pinpoint the areas that need help and improvement. I help participants identify the greatness within them ad advise them on how to put it to use where it will make the most difference. I coach in order to coax participants to live out their God-given gifts and dreams. I have assisted many with inter-employee relationships which ultimately improved the atmosphere of the work environment and productivity. 

I deliver training on dynamic relationships to equip participants with the attitudes and attributes needed to develop them. I do so through inspiring workshops, seminars, keynote speeches and coaching – all with one goal to encourage personal and professional growth.
